Capture Her Heart is the story of Lady Kaitlin, who has been kidnapped by Adair MacDouglas, a Scottish captain. To avenge his sister, Adair plans to sell Kaitlin to a Sultan, to be a new virgin for his harem. In order to keep that from happening, Kaitlin sets about trying to seduce Adair. She decides she will do whatever she has to in order to keep her out of the Sultan’s hands. Fighting his needs, Adair tries to ignore her attempts, but soon he realizes that he can’t fight his feelings any longer.

Cynthia Breeding has written a sweet and romantic novella. If you want something fun to read, this is the story for you. Kaitlin is headstrong and is not going to just lie down and take her fate. Also, Adair is a sweet and caring hero. He doesn’t want to ruin Kaitlin’s life, but he feels he has no choice. The sexual tension is perfect between these two, and their interactions are just right. You find yourself wanting them to both get their happy ending. Capture Her Heart is a great read for anyone who loves Scottish heroes, strong heroines, and a love of stories set at sea.
