Cassandra has come to Vegas to find her mother, and to figure out why she has a dark cloud following her around, literally. At the Olympus hotel she meets, Hermes, the owner and a man she is instantly attracted to, much to her dismay. All she wants is to find her mother and to go home, but she gets more than she bargained for when she meets more god wannabes and suddenly someone is out to get her. Hermes is the god of fortune and fertility, and he has never been a one-woman man, until he meets Cassandra. Now he will do what he can to make her become his.

Miss Predictable by Kelly Ethan is a cute story about a woman becoming who she was meant to be, while finding love along the way. Cassandra starts out uptight and a little standoffish, but her world is turned upside down and she has to learn to adapt. It was nice to see a character change, especially in so short a story. Hermes is sexy and he stands up for Cassandra, even though she is a mere mortal. The rest of the characters are a good addition for the story, and it was a nice change to the world of gods and goddesses.
