Washed Away

Lacey Thorn’s Washed Away is another extraordinary achievement in her Island Guardian series.

Willow is twenty one now and claimable, she has avoided Drago and Ulrik, knowing of there intentions toward her. Willow has avoided the men because of her duties to the Goddess and her fear that Drago and Ulrik will take her away from her beloved waters. She has felt the calling and when confronted she accepts their claim.

Drago and Ulrik have been away from home for quite awhile now, they miss their family and friends but their attraction to Willow was instantaneous and because they are honorable men they have waited till her 21st birthday to claim her.

I have thoroughly enjoyed Lacey Thorn’s Island Guardian series and Washed Away is no exception. We now have met three of the element guardians and get a teaser on fourth. Although these stories are relatively short the plot is tight and continues to develop these characters and their world. Lacey Thorn is a must buy for me and I highly recommend the Island Guardian series, they should be read in order as the story is evolving. Earth Moves, Fanning Her Flames and Washed Away are an excellent way to escape a few hours into another world.
