Alex is slowly developing into a stronger person who, while not completely over his traumatic past, is healing and showing remarkable bravery in trying to build a more meaningful relationship with Liam. Liam is still a sexy vampire who’s strong in control façade hides troubles of his own. Alex and Liam complement each others strengths and weaknesses so well that you can’t help but wait with bated breath for the next action that they take. Elizabeth Jewell has written a great piece with this addition to the Weary Memory series.
