Holly Barberossa is an award winning reporter on the Spaceport Adana; she will stop at nothing to get her story, even if it puts her in danger. Maxim Dollavera is man of mystery who has set Holly’s reporter senses tingling, there is a story there and she is out to find it. Maxim is a clone and has 25 other “brothers.” Holly has already been digging into the past of his family and the not so “squeaky clean reputations of his other brothers. Is Maxim involved in the seedy underworld of Adana or is he different from his family?

Holly is a very headstrong independent woman, unfortunately for her that doesn’t always equate to a good thing. She is so determined to get the story that she often forgets to protect herself. Maxim is sexy, mysterious, and a bit of a bad boy and that just makes him all the more attractive. When the two first become aware of each other the sparks are immediate, especially since it’s when Holly walks in on Maxim and his male lover engaged in sex. The tension between the two continues to build until it is palpable. The addition of a good mystery and intrigue to the plot make Spaceport: Trash & Treasure a fine addition to the Spaceport series.
