Adam manages to rescue a woman, only to realize that this stranger is the mate he has waited so long to find. Adam and his brother, Josiah, stabilize her wounds enough to bring her to Adam’s home to finish caring for her. Evelyn awakens to find herself in an unknown world relying on a man she doesn‘t know and is strongly attracted to. What caused Evelyn to crash land and is there danger afoot? On top of that, Adam finds himself in a position where he has to choose where his loyalties lie, to the clan or to Evelyn? Will Evelyn and Adam be able to sort out their problems before it is too late?

Ms. Shannon has created a new world and an intricate plot line within a short time frame. Adam is a very strong character who takes on a life of his own. Evelyn is an unknown in the very beginning, but she brings her personality into sharp focus quickly. Together they create a bond that can overcome any obstacles, including clan and space. I hope that we will see more of Adam and Evelyn as they continue on with their lives. Thanks go to Ms. Shannon for an interesting read.
