Dalion De’Main has been lusting after Ilyia ever since his father hired her for their shipping chain. Now, on the first day of Yule, a chance encounter in a pool makes the impossible not only possible, but truly probable.

A steamy yet tender peek into the lives of two very different people, Christmas Cookies: Yule Tied is a fantastic sampling of Marteeka Karland’s style and skill. Merging the hot lust that these two feel as well as the surprising tenderness that is possible when they collide, Ms. Karland sucks you in and keeps you enthralled for this short story. A very small glimpse into Dalion and Ilyia yet you feel as if you understand them and their wants and needs. Not only that, but there are tantalizing hints at more stories to be told in this setting.
