Del Fantasma: Black Wolf by Jade Buchanan is another book based in the town of Vista Loma at the Del Fatasma bar.

Adam left home to prove himself, but today is just another reminder of the trouble he gets into. Adam has run afoul of a human and gotten himself beaten up to boot. He woke up on the floor realizing two things: he needed to get out of there and he was late for work at the Del Fantasma bar. He had just started working there and needed the job to keep a roof over his head. While Adam is on the way to work, Marcus is already at Del Fantasma wondering why he is there with all the humans crammed together. You see, the Del Fantasma caters to supernatural beings while allowing humans in at the same time. Marcus is thinking of leaving when he notices an almost irresistible smell coming from a very small and obviously abused man- his mate! Marcus has much difficulty maintaining control of his wolf self that demands staking claim to his mate now! Adam has no idea what is in store for him or how he will solve his other problem. Maybe with a little help from the Black Wolf, Marcus and Adam will find what they are both looking for.

Ms. Buchanan has created a very fun addition to the Del Fantasma series with this story. I like how this series is based around a bar where all manner of paranormal creatures find not only a safe haven, but also love. Adam wanted to prove he could handle himself, but he found out that there is time to accept help and time to act. Marcus found what he was unconsciously looking for and will fight to protect what is his. Together, Marcus and Adam make a formidable team both inside and outside the bed room.
