Fallen Angels: Unholy Trinities by Auburnimp is the third book in the Fallen Angels series.

Samael, the Angel of Death, is on a mission with Lucifer to save another angel, Raphael, his old lover, from the death sentence handed down to him by Metatron, the ruler of heaven. Samael, Lucifer and a few others were banished from heaven millennium ago, but Raphael decided to stay for the sake of humanity, much to his despair. Samael’s present human lover, Daniel, once again surprises him when he tells Samael to bring Raphael to him. As Samael and Lucifer race to save Raphael from his death sentence, they find out that the opponents in the upcoming conflict may not be as clear cut when other angels come to their aid. Who will survive the looming battle between Heaven and Earth? How will David, a very intuitive and bright human, fit into the scheme of things as the danger places them all in peril?

Auburnimp has once again continued her series Fallen Angels with a fast paced and moving story. David may be more than he seems as he appears to understand the crisis better than either Samael or Raphael. The feelings between Raphael and Samael is easy to see and strong enough to add one more for a deeper and more mature love. What will happen to our group as the world seems to be spinning out of control towards an all out fight. Who will be left in the end? I will be waiting for the next installment of Fallen Angels.
