Project Prometheus: In Her Name

Eons ago, the struggle between good and evil was fought without conclusion. In the end, Sargon and the High Priestess of Ishtar had only enough power to imprison the evil one until such a time of their rebirth and the end of his reign over the earth, but if they fail all will be lost.

Manara has known she was fated to help defeat the evil one and even though she ran from her fate years ago, there was no escape. Now she believes that what ever the outcome, her fate is sealed. Matt Raleigh had a difficult time as a child, and his time as a Navy Seal reinforced the belief in peace through strength. Now as a member of Project Prometheus, Mathew's fight against terrorism has led him to Lebanon to obtain info for their case. Mathew sees a young woman that he has never met, but somehow sees an unknown memory.

At the same time, Ra’id is determined to rid the world of all the infidels starting with the Priestess of Ishtar, Manara, after she helps him release his master from his prison. Ra’id with the help of the Brotherhood of Spider’s Black Widow will cleanse Lebanon. Unknown to Ra’id, the Black Widow has her own agenda that began years ago when she posed as Rachel Murray and committed terrifying acts to Matt and scared him for all time. As Matt and his men attempt to fulfill their mission they run afoul of Ra’id and the Black Widow's plans to end their lives. But things don’t always go as planned, and Matt’s team ends up in Mantra’s care. What is really going on, and how do Matt and Manara fit into the struggle that began eons ago?

Ms. Mitchell has begun what looks like the beginning of an epic struggle of good versus evil. The story consists of strong characters who are struggling against almost overwhelming odds, but together they may find the strength to persevere. Matt has had difficulties in his life, but he finds a way to overcome them and fight for the one woman he can love. Manara believes that her fate was sealed at her birth, but help may come from one special man. Matt and Manara together create a love that is poignant and beautiful to behold. Their feelings for one another seem to be as old as time, yet fresh and new. Together with the help of Matt’s friends, Manara and Matt may find a way o overcome evil to forge a bright future.
