KB Alan's debut novel is a heartfelt and steamy success! Perfect Formation is a risky quest for love, trust and self discovery. This is not just your usual ménage a trois story. The characters are very relatable, and the sex is sure to make you sweat. The author also bravely tackles some of the issues that face modern day, polyamorous relationships like family, trust and prejudice. Richard's fear of being left behind was very real for me. Caleb's frustration with the two of them became my own as he forced himself to be patient with them. It was Taryn's struggle to truly love, to give all of herself that gripped me the most. I really wanted this to work for them. Perfect Formation is a perfect title for this book, and I'll be eagerly waiting for more from Ms. Alan.
