Moon Madness
Caught in her time of heat without a mate, Penny Stephens has enough problems without Cade Steele finding her and risking exposing her to the man she's running from. But Cade could be the answer to one problem: she needs a mate, and he's a wolf. It's just a need, and even though she'll hand over her body to his capable hands, she'll keep hold of her heart. But when the alpha Penny is hiding from finds them, her heart is the least of her worries, because they'll be lucky if either of them escape with their lives.

Moon Madness by Mina Carter had me on the edge of my seat. The sexual tension explodes between Penny and Cade from the minute they're together. Neither wants more than to scratch an itch, but what we want and what we get aren't always the same, as these two soon find out. When the bad guy turns up, you're gripped with fear and loathing. This guy is mean. Ms. Carter's characters are alive on the page, bringing them and their struggles to life. The adrenaline is pumping, and with a climactic scene that sends chills down your spine, Moon Madness engages you on all levels.
