Taylor Dayton is desperate for her best friend, firefighter Christian Bane, to see her as more than a friend. They have been friends for a while, but Taylor doesn't know how to attract his attention. She has seen the women he is used to dating and feels she doesn't compare. With the advice of two friends, she sets out to get him in her bed once and for all.

Christian has had feelings for Taylor almost since they became friends, but he has experienced what happens to relationships when you want more... They are ruined. Bedding numerous women is not helping him forget Taylor anymore. A night home alone is tempting him to do things he shouldn't, so he heads for the door. Just as he opens it, there stands Taylor.

Taylor starts heating things up the minute she walks in. Christian tries to act normal, but finally can't hold back any longer. He sees that Taylor wants him as much as he wants her, but can they make a go of it?

Once again, Ms. Fox has proven herself to be a talented writer. One on One was a hot and sensual story about two friends coming to terms with their feelings for each other. I loved the sexual tension between Christian and Taylor. Christian was strong and sexy and Taylor was just as yummy, and sparks really flew when these two got together. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I loved One on One, and I will be waiting impatiently for Ms. Fox's next amazing book.
