French Twist is the third book in the series of Naughty Ladies of Nice by Sloane Taylor. Ms Taylor takes you into the world of organized crime, drugs and betrayal. The heroine Claudette, has to learn to place her trust someone new. While the hero had me with the first sentence “Baby, you’re up to your beautiful brown eyes in shit.” The building relationship between Claudette and Donald has a comical twist that had me laughing aloud at times put is sexy and hot all in one. You cannot help put like these two. The plot is solid, and the story flows with a natural progression of mystery, sexual tension and the climatic finish.

This is a great short read and one that will leave you wanting to read more of Ms. Taylor’s work. I know I for one will be looking to get my hands on the next installment as well as the first two books. Thank you, Sloane Taylor, for a fantastic read.
