Trapped
Giovanni Biachi has been a failure in the eyes of his father for most of his life. He now has the opportunity to prove that he is a man. If he fails it will just prove that everything that his father’s men say about him is true. In order to prove his worth he must kill the son of a rival mobster.

Amador is part of the Vega family. So far he has resisted being dragged into the seedier aspects of his family’s business. He knows that if his father ever discovers his secret activities that his life will be pure torture. When he discovers a hit man hiding in a room across from his he has decisions to make. Decisions that will change both men’s lives forever because Amador isn’t the only one hiding his true nature, Gio also desires men and Amador is just the man to teach him what he is missing.

Gio and Amad are trapped by their lives. Both are confined by the expectations of their families. The two men have a great deal in common, the familiy “business” and their desire to not follow in the footsteps of their fathers. I thought that Mr. Manly did a fine job of building a world where being born to the wrong family lends itself to danger. Neither man did anything wrong but because of who their fathers are they are targets. Drugs, racketeering, and other illegal actions make this book almost too hot to handle. Add in some hot sex and tender emotions and you have a story that helps you wile a way an hour or so in pure enjoyment. I think that with every story Mr. Manly just keeps getting better and better. I can’t wait to read his next offering.
