Veronica Butler has worked for the same architectural company for fifteen years, never putting a foot wrong. That is until her thirty-fifth birthday. Still reeling from the break up with her two timing ex-boyfriend and the fact that none of her friends are available to help her celebrate, Veronica decides to throw caution to the wind for one night. Dressed in the sexiest dress she owns she heads to a singles bar looking to score. She doesn’t expect to score the attention of her supervisor, Vicente Salazar.

Vicente is more than a little surprised to see the quiet Veronica walk into the bar where he is celebrating with friends. With one look at her in that skin colored dress and he knows he has to have her, and he will have her. They embark on a sexual discovery that leads them to having public place sex from the back seat of his limousine to sex in an open park. They are playing with fire, and it could very well see them both fired from their positions within the company.

Emma Jay does a great job with Show Off; the sex between Veronica and Vicente is hot. And while the chemistry is evident from the start, she still manages to build the tension in each scene. I found myself having a snicker at some of the predicaments she placed her characters. Her heroine starts out a quiet mouse like woman and grows into a confident self assured woman. And Vicente, what can be said about a tall, dark and handsome Spaniard? HOT!

I found the plot and subplots well written, and while at times a scene was a little predictable at others times, Ms. Jay managed to throw a curve ball in when I least expected it. It is a high voltage sex story with public sex scenes. If you are looking for a hot sexy read, this is one for you.
