When Daniel meets Brandon for the first time sparks fly. What Daniel doesn’t know is that Brandon comes with a lot more baggage than a normal boyfriend. As an ex-marine who fought in Iraq, Daniel comes with his own set of problems. So, even though their love for each other is solid sometimes life gets in the way. Sometimes it’s all about the journey.

Dangerous Obsessions is a touching, emotional journey. Daniel and Brandon appear to be exact opposites. Daniel is a big tough ex-marine who likes to be in control and Brandon’s submissive nature seems to always get him in trouble. What Daniel and Brandon find out is that they are more alike than they both think. Even though there are some holes in the story that left me with more questions than answers, I gave the story 5 angels because the characters are so well written. There were times when I wanted to cry for the hell both characters are put through prior to meeting each other. You’re on an emotional roller coaster with them. Who can’t resist a well-written, emotionally, connectable character? I certainly can’t! I’m looking forward to reading anything and everything Blake Deveraux can write!
