A Vampire’s Claim
Lady Daniela “Danny” is pretty royalty in the vampire world. She is the daughter of two vampires. Naturally born vampires are considered better then man made vampires. Just because she is higher up on the food chain does not mean she doesn’t still have to fight to keep what is rightfully belongs to her. Ian, another vampire, wants to take over as Master but before he can he has to dispose to Danny.
The first moment Devlin laid eyes on Danny he was spell bound. Dev didn’t know what Danny was till after their all-nighter in the bedroom. After that Dev could case less. Dev reluctantly becomes Danny’s slave under one condition. As long as he is in her bed, she is to be with no one else. Danny agrees, she knows that it won’t be long before she will have Dev eating out of the palm of her hand. Together Danny and Dev will try and bring Ian down..
A Vampire’s Claim is the third book in this series. Having never read the other books in this series, I had no trouble jumping right into it. The chemistry between Danny and Dev was so scorching that I am surprised that Danny didn’t burn up. Dev is the ultimate Australian bush man…built to last. He is like the energizer bunny. He just keeps going and going. I think I need to book myself a trip to the outback. You could tell Danny came from royalty as she was used to getting what she wanted and this included in the bedroom. A Vampire’s Claim reminded me of Interview with the Vampire, minus Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise. It was dark, edgy, and oozing sex appeal. It will have you sinking your fangs into it.
