Lachlan and Adair are back. Over the past few months, the lovers have enjoyed meeting monthly to release sexual tension while getting to know one another. Adair is one hundred percent alpha, and expects Lachlan to obey his request. Lachlan thinks requests are nice, but definitely won’t take orders or requests unless they fall within his agenda. And what he wants is time to enjoy Adair, regardless of the fact that this is a dangerous situation. The more time Adair spends away from his crew, the more suspicious they become. Lachlan’s reminder of the reason the Pony Express riders exist makes him step up to the plate. However, when Lachlan decides to ignore Adair one time too many, his carelessness could not only end their budding relationship, but also his life.

Dance Wars 2: Ruled by You takes us back to Chlodwig for another opportunity to witness the Dance Wars. Adair and Lachlan will have to learn to compromise if they want a future together. Ms. Titheniel is as vivid as always in her description of the characters, settings, and of course the battles. I could feel the thumping of the base each time I entered Chlodwig. If you enjoyed the lovers first meeting, you don’t want to miss this turning point in their relationship. However, be forewarned, the sex definitely goes up in intensity, and is not for the weak at heart.
