An Evening with the Rush Hour Hero by J. M. Snyder is the next book in The Powers of Love series.

Vic, a city bus driver, is presently heading back to the office driving on the interstate when he hears a woman driver thinking about cutting in front of his bus. You see, Vic has obtained superman like powers from his lover Matt. Every time they make love Matt’s sperm not only reinforces the powers he has, strength and telepathy, but each time he receives temporary powers they vary according to the position they take. These powers allow him to help other people that are difficult to hide from the public. Vic realizes that she doesn’t have a chance to safely make the move and has to rely on his abilities to try and avert a disaster. Will Vic succeed? Will Vic and Matt manage to keep Vic’s abilities hidden or will their secret get out? Will their love survive the outcome?

Ms. Snyder continues her incredible series with this short action packed story. I love how Vic isn’t what you would consider superman material with his bad boy looks and tattoos, but has a heart of gold that can’t ignore people when they are in danger. Matt is both envious about the powers he gives Vic and scared for Vic’s life. The love between matt and Vic is both beautiful and very erotic. I for one can’t wait to read the next installment of The Powers of Love series.
