Fervor hot enough to melt lava is what One Night in Bangkok brings to mind. Beth is your average woman. Thanks to a treacherous man, she's doesn't want to love again, fearful of a repeat performance. Her battered heart may try to apply the brakes, however her neglected body refuses to hold back. Trust me, there was no holding back. Tom is an ideal lover. He's handsome, intelligent and willing and definitely able to please Beth. I was fanning by the time I read the last page. They make a great couple, his courteous nature along with her gentle spirit. Rhian Cahill has created two likable characters in this fast-paced story. The author gives you just enough of the setting to place you in Bangkok, without overshadowing the story with too much detail. I'm unsure if this will be the last we see of Beth and Tom, but if by some small miracle there is more to come, I'll be the first in line to buy their new story.
