Undercover FBI Agent Wade Nelson has returned to Chicago to assist with a case. The move back is as rough as Wade imagined, but being closer to those he loves is worth every agonizing moment.

When the two meet, they have no clue of how they will affect each other's lives. They haven't known the meaning of love and commitment, Until Now...

I wondered if I could write this review without sounding like a complete fan of Denise Skelton's work, and knew it was a wash after reading the first page of this book. For those who are familiar with Mrs. Skelton's previous novels, they should remember first encountering Terry in My Everything. I won't lie; I didn't like her character one bit in that story and knew that karma would give her a kick she wouldn't soon forget. I couldn't have been more correct if I tried. It's so strange I thought I would have liked to see some of the dirt come back on Terry, but I never would have wanted it to come as it did. As a mother, I could relate to the hurt she felt for her children. As a single mother raising a boy, I could understand the amount of strength required to give them the proper upbringing. Finally, as a single woman, I could whole-heartedly appreciate her dating dilemma. The character stuck a cord on so many levels. I felt as if I was reading my own story, living it through another person's eyes.

Wade is that man every woman wants in her life. He is a strong man with a wonderful heart who has the ability to make you feel priceless and rare. When he first appeared in the story, I fell in love with him. His integrity and willingness to lend a hand took over my senses. And with each new event involving Terry, Wade saw something fresh to be fascinated with, regardless of how outlandish the experience.

Mrs. Skelton will take over your emotions with this book. Between the comical and some tearful scenes, you won't know which way is up. She even has time to throw in a bit of suspense, and messages about family, second chances at life... and love. You will never forget reading this book, and you'll definitely recommend it to friends. Buy it, read it, and enjoy.
