After his parents yanked their support for his college education when he told them he was gay, Ryan Gracin decided to join the Army. Little did he know, but the Army would forever change his life. Especially when he was introduced to Drill Sergeant Phillip Grabowski. Phillip had been in the Army for years when Ryan joined the Army. He was a soldier's soldier, but Ryan made it hard to remember that.

Crystal Rose has written a story that is really easy to love. I especially loved how accepting and understanding she made the military in regards to male/male relationships. Watching all the recruits grow into believable and capable soldiers was a joy to see. I'll Be Your Drill, Soldier kept me riveted to the pages with a strong plot and really lovable characters.

I'll Be Your Drill, Soldier was funny, loving and really hot. All of the characters, not just Ryan and Phillip, were so lovable and very remarkable. I would love to see this as a series; especially with the way I'll Be Your Drill, Soldier ended. This was a great book to curl up with next to a roaring fire.

I will definitely be picking up other books by Ms. Rose in the future.
