Blood Lust
Blood Luts by Stormy Glenn and Joyee Flynn is the third book in the Delta Wolf series.
Owen is determined to save Constantine's life even though he doesn't know him. Owen has psychic powers and he saw Constantine bleeding to death in a trance. Constantine resisted, but in the end he gave in to the blood lust giving Owen the sexual experience of his lifetime. In the end, Owen blacked out from the pleasure to awaken to a nightmare Constantine's mother throwing accusation after accusation about how he took sexual advantage of her son. Owen had enough and walked away when Constantine, who didn't remember him, never supported him; leaving to heal his broken heart. Constantine couldn't deal with his parents and packed to join the Delta pack he had visited, but before he left he received a call to help a gay wolf who was beaten and on the run from his pack. Constantine regretted letting Owen leave, but when he arrived he found not one, but both of his mates, Owen and Christian. As Owen, Constantine and Christian travel to the Delta Pack they are aware they are being followed. Will they arrive in time? Can Constantine heal all the hurt that Owen feels? Are the members of the Delta Pack ready for the conflict ahead?
Ms. Glenn and Ms. Flynn have continued their fast paced and action filled Delta Wolf series with this incredible story. The Delta Wolf's isolated and lonely life is similar to what happened to Owen. When his parents didn't even believe his abilities he was left to survive on his own and a psychiatric facility is as bad a place as it gets for a teenager to live. I was inspired for his willingness to help others in spite of his past. The beauty of Owen's desire to help others became his own reward, finding the loves of his life. I enjoyed seeing the characters from the earlier books as their lives continue. The love and acceptance of each individual is a vast contrast to the bigotry and hatred felt by Christian's and Constantine's families. If everyone accepted and loved each other for who they are the world would be a better place. I hope there will be more stories in the Delta Wolf series.
