Morgan Bligh has been in love, secretly of course, with Cameron Sinclair. Morgan's joy is shattered when she overhears that her love is married. Feeling like the world's biggest fool, Morgan escapes by doing something that is forbidden; she unleashes the wolf from within.

You'd think Cameron Sinclair is in mourning, but that couldn't be further from the truth. His wife is deceased and he's the happiest-if not the drunkest-man alive. He's finally free and no longer tied to a woman he couldn't stand. But, Cameron's drinking days are over with the arrival of his friend Brock. He's needed in London, at least for now. It's who he learns he'll be partnering with that astounds him-his love Morgan. They are to search for the men disappearing from the army. Not only will they have to face evil, but they will have to come to terms with the hurt that lies between them if they are to uncover this mystery and have their own happily ever after.

Dangerous as Sin is a heady blend of historical romance, deadly mystery and deep betrayals. Add to that, a dash of the paranormal and you have one heck of a book. I was pleasantly surprised by this novel and excited to learn that Ms. Rickloff has additional works planned for a series.

Cameron and Morgan's story gripped me from the beginning. And although Cameron comes off as quite the cad in the beginning, he definitely redeems himself by the end. This is a well researched, feel-good novel that will appeal to readers who love historical romances and paranormals alike.
