Maryna Duile is a witch in search of a mortal. Why? Because she's in a contest with her sister to find one. She puts an ad in a local paper with no responses. She meets River Braddock, a marine biologist, who thinks he has discovered a new species of dolphin. Maryna discovers that even though her and River didn't hit it off right away and he causes her to flub up her spells, there is an undeniable chemistry between them. But is chemistry enough to get what she wants?

Tides of Maryna's Love is definitely a different kind of paranormal romance then what you might be used to. Tides of Maryna's Love is on the lighter side of the paranormal genre, much more refreshing than what you may have experienced before. The interaction between the characters is the entire reason why you should read this, as it's uplifting and the way a romance should be written. At first both characters don't exactly get along while at the same time they have an attraction to each other that just won't go away. Maryna's witchiness is fun to read as well, almost comical at times. Tides of Maryna's Love is perfect for the beach!
