When Bree Sullivan spent one evening at an auction she never thought she'd be the winning bidder of a night at the House of Five Senses. Arriving for her winning evening, she was pampered with touch, her chosen sense - not only what she touched but what or who touched her. One man's touch affected her above all others and at the end of the evening she finds herself craving more.

While this story is an erotic romance, rather than classify the ending as Happily Ever After, it would perhaps be more apropos to consider it a Happy For Now ending. Although the evening is pretty hedonistic with various textures and touches surrounding Bree, the story itself was pretty tame insofar as BDSM is concerned. While the hero in the story is present, he's more of a peripheral presence than a one-on-one intimate connection with the heroine, which may be off-putting to some readers, who go into the story expecting more. This is not a traditional romance of boy meets girl, boy wins girl. However, I'm a shameless fan of Desiree Holt and loved the writing even with its nontraditional presentation and will of course; continue to read anything she writes.
