Pushing Limits
Samantha Grayson has a BDSM limits list a mile long. It's no wonder. She's been betrayed and burned by Doms in the past and is cautious now, to the point of skittishness. Most of the Doms at Bondage Ranch don't get that, but newcomer Dom Arthur Marcelli understands her completely.

Enthralled by Sam from the first moment he sees her, Arthur knows he has to dominate her but on her own terms. That is, until she comes to the conclusion that it's okay to cede control completely to him. What starts out as play turns into something more as Samantha begins to trust the sensual man and her limits list starts shrinking. Can she cross one more limit off her list, that of giving away her heart?

Pushing Limits is the second book in the Bondage Ranch series, and I have to admit: the second story is even more appealing than the first. I love Sam's vulnerability, that part of her that she wants no one to see. I also loved being a part of her journey as she slowly blossoms in Arthur's arms. This new person that she begins to show those around her is still spirited, but much more appealing than the rough exterior she displayed in the past. Arthur was a wonderful Master to Sam. Perhaps that has to do with his previous experience as a submissive himself. But he truly gets Sam and intuitively knows when to push her limits and went to purposefully not do so. This is a man that any new sub would clamor to have. I enjoyed the first story in this series, but after reading this story, I know I'll be eagerly awaiting the next happenings at the Bondage Ranch.
