Addicted
Jane possesses a hungering artist within her safe accountant's body. Her long time college friend Sara offers her a chance to spend the summer at her family's beach house in South Carolina. Jane jumps at the chance to find herself by quitting her job, grabbing her art supplies and spending time at the beach to discover what she wants out of life.

While mingling at a local bar sexy Stone Davis appears and literally takes Jane's breath away with a scorching kiss. Stone is known as a player and his step-sister Madeline is quick to caution her of his reputation.

Like all things in life..."The problem with addiction is you crave what you need - whether it is good for you or not." The closer Jane becomes to cold-as-granite Stone the more she begins to understand her sister's problems with drug dependency.

Addicted is the first story I've read to omit the main character's last name. It is just one of the many compelling components to keep the reader hooked from the first page to the last.

Devon Gray is a phenomenal writer weaving a story along with a message of dawning comprehension to the evils of addiction in any form. Five Angels, Recommended Read.
