Bet It On My Heart
Hardworking, hard-hitting talent agent Calli Morlani travels to Wayback, Texas to persuade former client Stella Ridge to return to Hollywood and a life of glamour. She can't imagine what could keep her friend happy in a dusty cowpoke town. While visiting she encounters bad-boy bronc rider Keefe Ridge, Stella's brother, at the family ranch Ridge Range. Sparks ignite between this unlikely pair and they can't seem to keep their hands or lips off each other.

Keefe, the last bachelor in the Wayback Texas series, is a known womanizer afraid to sacrifice his heart after his mother's abandonment. He just can't see a slick city gal like Calli surviving on a ranch.

When family patriarch Leland Ridge suffers a heart attack Calli extends her stay to support Keefe. But with the weight of the ranch now resting on his shoulders he decides she is better off back in LA. Tempers flare but hearts win out in Bet It on My Heart.

Amber Leigh Williams does a fantastic job mixing former characters into this current storyline. They are all loveable and frustrating just like real family members. I enjoyed the chemistry and sexual tension between Calli and Keefe.

The reader isn't bogged down with too much information either. Just enough facts were given to keep me intrigued without feeling like I was reading a manual. This is an HEA read you can bet on. Four Angels.
