Coyote Home
Six years ago, Rowan Wilder left her pack and her home. She's spent the years suppressing her inner coyote. She's now returned but before she can rejoin her family and her mate, she must relearn shifting. This is a long, difficult and often embarrassing process. She chooses a cabin on the edge of pack land to undergo it in isolation.
Her mate, Quinn, arrives determined to help her adjust. He's expecting the young submissive girl he first loved. The grown woman he meets is strong and unwavering. She won't bow to his dominant coyote. She won't blindly obey his orders. This both excites and frustrates him as they've both changed. He is no longer the weak shifter he once was. When a madman from the past hunts Rowan, Quinn is resolute that this time, he will protect his mate.
Although Coyote Home is the first book in the Coyote Hunger series, it begins in the middle of a complex and detailed storyline. This storyline does not get completely resolved by the end of the book and that can be frustrating to some readers. Quinn and Rowan have that sweet passion often associated with first loves. This is not often found in erotic romances and makes Coyote Home special. The world of Coyote Home is complex and I look forward to reading more stories in the series.
