When Andrew Laramie left Larch Valley to pursue a career doctoring animals in the racing industry he left Jen O'Keefe behind with a broken heart. Jen moved on with her life when she realized Andrew wasn't coming back. But on the day Jen put her business in jeopardy by mortgaging everything to expand her business she walked out of the bank and right into the man she never expected to see again.

As the pair works together they learn that their childhood attraction to one another has only grown and they must face down the hard feelings of the past in order to look forward to the future.

Ms. Alward has written a fast-paced, easy flowing read with passionate, likeable characters and an emotional premise that readers are sure to enjoy. 4 Angels!
