Her past makes it hard for her to believe in love as her dad has never been in the picture and her mother is a flighty woman who moves from man to man. So, Maddie has concentrated on her career and focuses her attention on someone she already connects with and makes her pulse race.

Maddie and Alex had great chemistry between them although I felt like the pranks she liked to pull were a little too childish and a bit out of character for a professional woman devoted to building her career. Other than that, I enjoyed the story's fast-paced, witty dialog and passionate characters.

Ms. Robins has penned an exciting story set in an exotic, tropical location that adds a layer of sensuality to an already sizzling storyline. 4 Angels!
