Tangled Web by Auburnimp is book five of the Angels & Demons series.

Lucifer as the leader, the Balance, over all the angel and demons, has the task of trying to find out who is trying to undermine the peace he is building. Tobias, one of the Demon Princes, gives him information about the other demons. Only one demon had the power, but she has been missing for centuries. Lucifer attempts to get help from the balance that exists within him as he learns to use his power. Tobias has his own troubles as he tries to deny his feelings for a throne, Andriel, who is hated because of his assistance with Metatron who was defeated by Lucifer and his fallen angels. Andriel was approached by Abriel a follower of Sophia Pistis who attempts to get Andriel to join them. Andriel tries to tell Lucifer about it, but his lover Nathaniel still harbors anger about Andriel's past with Lucifer. Andriel goes to Samael, another Arch Angel, but will he be in time? Will Andriel have a second chance with Tobias before it is too late? Will Lucifer unveil the mystery and prevent disaster?

Auburnimp has continued her incredible series adding more twists and drama to the plot. Andriel is treated like the black sheep, but in reality he was just following orders from Metatron. Will he get a chance to redeem himself and find a place in the new order. Tobias as a demon never expected to feel anything for anyone especially someone from heaven, but there is something about Andriel he can't get out of his head. Nathaniel has to find a way to get over his anger towards Andriel or he could lose everything he holds dear, Lucifer himself. As each character's past continues to unveil the plot Lucifer and the fallen fight to protect not only Earth, but everyone's existence from above and below. Will they be in time or will evil win? I will be waiting for the next book in the Angels & Demons series.
