Cindy's Prince
One word to describe Cindy Castle is strong. Seeing Cindy by accident, Princeton Edmund Highfield sees strength in her he has never seen before among his people. Not only does she volunteer at the local library, but she also cares for her sister's children. Any woman her age should be enjoying life, not caring for children and fighting to keep them out of danger. Meeting the Prince is not something she can afford as a distraction, but something about him makes her happy in a way she hasn't felt in a long time. He is from the other side of the tracks and she knows a man like him can never be with a woman like her. Or can he?

As a man of one of the richest families in the town, Princeton Edmund Highfield III has a life everyone dreams about having someday. Money, good looks and plenty of women to keep him occupied, yet he feels restless and bored. Meeting Cindy Castle is like a light in his sad, bleak life. He knows he's led a privileged life but something about Cindy is making him see what has been missing in his life, and that is love. Love is something he has never felt before and Cindy is making him see that others do not control his life; instead, he has a choice in everything. Can he break free from his privileged life?

I love it when an author like Christine Bush can recreate a tale like Cinderella, making it more entertaining than ever. Cindy's Prince is about modern-day Princeton Edmund and the strength and courage he needs to break free from his controlled life. I loved that Christine Bush created a woman like Cindy to see the good in everybody, yet cannot see how much she deserves to be loved by a man like the Prince. These two together were great to read about, for the love is there but there is also comedy between them. Christine Bush had so many funny scenes in the book and I loved them all, including Princeton acting out as a big bear. All in all, Cindy's Prince by Christine Bush was a great book and definitely well written from beginning to end.
