Merry's life was in shambles. She gave up a scholarship after high school to care for her ailing mother. After her mother's death, she discovers everything was left to her selfish sister. A sister who only came around when she needed something and never helped with their mother's care. Merry is also told that her childhood home is being put up for sale. With nowhere to live and no means of supporting herself, she is desperate and in dire straits.

Thorne Mordeaux is a recluse and a writer who hires Merry as his housekeeper. He is attracted to the full-figured housekeeper as soon as he lays eyes on her. Merry is feeling the same attraction but neither is willing to let their feelings be known. Will it take a visit from Dax, Thorne's brother, a little magic and good Christmas cheer to bring the two stubborn individuals together for a Very Merry Christmas?

Merry's Christmas Ménage is a beautiful Christmas love story. The story demonstrated the lengths that we will go to, to protect our heart at the beginning of a relationship. Rejection is a fear of most people and it is never welcomed, but without taking a chance on rejection, we will never find love. Christmas is my favorite holiday and I really enjoy reading about love at Christmas time, especially when two lost souls meet and make each other's holiday more merrier.
