Man Whore
Man Whore by Pia Veleno is the first book in the Personal Demons series.

Morgan is happy living his life free and easy, picking up one-night stands without any strings. He has his friends and has never needed anything more. On the street, a wolf appears, attacking what looks like a man who morphs into a creature from nightmares. After vanquishing the man, the wolf disappears into the night without leaving a trace.

Adam returns from a hard day at work to find his ex-boyfriend Kelly at his apartment ready to whisk him off to a night of dancing and debauchery, if they are lucky. Adam reluctantly agrees and when he arrives at HIM, a gay club, he sees Morgan, the most outrageous and compelling man ever. Adam knows that Morgan is trouble, but he can't resist the temptation. Difficulties abound between Adam wanting more than just one night, leaving him hurt by Morgan's superficial attitude even though Morgan can't get Adam off his mind. The two agree to date until Adam is attacked and all bets are off as Morgan's protective instincts take over. Who attacked Adam and why? What could be the reason for demons and wolves to be creeping around?

There is more to this story than I ever anticipated and it captured my imagination from the start. I love a good paranormal book and this series has only scratched the surface of what I guess is yet to come. I was captivated by Morgan's independent and unique personality. His, I don't give a darn attitude, along with his flamboyant appearance brought him to life for me. The paranormal aspects of this plot were amazing and totally unpredictable. Adam's sadness about Morgan and his happiness when they got back together was beautiful to behold. There are so many questions that are yet to be answered until the next book is released and I can't wait to uncover each of them!
