Five Ways 'Til Sunday
She is a wild child, reckless and sexually active with him. The thing is, Officer Jackson Teague is everything she's dreamed of having in her life. Marti Kowalski is a simple woman working at the local bar; never imagining her nights would be spent in the arms of the dark and handsome officer. Everybody tells her that she is good for him, but she can't see how she could be. Wild at heart and reckless on the outside, she tests him in every way. He wants to marry her, but before she can say yes, he must pass all of her fantasies and dreams. Marti knows this will scare him off; does she really want to let him go?
Officer Jackson Teague has had his share of women, but none has completed him in every way like Marti Kowalski. She's not only different from her hairstyle to her wild sexual side, but she also knows him. All the other women before her bored him to death, but with Marti, he's seeing life in a different way. Marti is fun, wild in and out of bed and the right woman for him. The thing is, she has some things she wants to do before marriage. Can he convince Marti that he's the man to fulfill all her fantasies in and out of bed and the right man for her in every way?
An officer and a barmaid seems like a great way for Delilah Devlin to keep her readers entertained and it did so with this reviewer. Five Ways Till Sunday is definitely one story by Delilah Devlin that is full of sex, games and tons of ways for an officer to get his woman forever. My only downfall in the book was there wasn't enough storyline about Jackson, just more of Marti. It was interesting how Marti kept going through each fantasy that Jackson accomplished, but I felt there should've been more of Jackson. Delilah Devlin did a great job in showing Marti's insecurities and doubts, but less about Jackson just didn't seem right. The passion and love was there and man, the sex definitely sizzled the whole book. All in all, it was okay, but definitely a book full of passion.
