All Kadesha Walters wanted to do was go home and have a long hot bath after a hard day at work. Today, fate had something different planned for her. On her ride home, a driver nearly runs her off the road and further up the road she comes upon the car crashed into a light pole. At the crash site, she finds no one in the car, but calls the police. Now, hours later, she sits at the police station waiting to be questioned. Detective Connors gives her a warm fuzzy feeling in her stomach and after the questioning he gives her his card to call if she thinks of anything else.

The next day she walks in on a burglary at her business. After Detective Connors finishes his crime scene investigation, he invites her to dinner and dessert at her apartment that is interrupted. Later that night, Kadesha remembers something from the crash and calls the detective. After looking over the evidence she has, he makes passionate love to her all night long. The next morning they awake to renewed lust before starting their day. When she is assaulted at her business, Connors knows that he could've lost her. Can he keep her safe and alive and in his arms?

Lust and Found is a very short story that demonstrates that love can come from the strangest of circumstances. Bonds between couples can grow over years or over minutes. When you meet someone that piques your interest, sometimes things just click. I liked the chemistry of the couple in this story, they didn't try to fight their feelings, they just went with the flow. Both had strong personalities and knew what they wanted which helped the flow of the story.
