Werewolf in the North Woods
When Abby Winchell's grandpa, Earl, claims to have not only spotted the Bigfoot he's been searching for his entire life, but a mated pair of the creatures with only a fuzzy photo as proof, his hometown of Portland, Oregon is overrun by people wanting to see the pair and people wanting to prove that he's just a crazy old man. With so much going on, Abby take a week off work to check on her grandpa and soon finds herself attracted to NYU professor Roarke Wallace, the man hired by her grandfather's neighbors, the Gentry's, to prove that Sasquatch is only a myth.

Roarke is there to disprove the idea of Bigfoot in the hopes of getting the crowds to disperse in order to protect the werewolf pack living there before someone discovers them or something bad happens. Giving his lectures is the easy part, even if he finds it distasteful, but ignoring Abby is going to be harder than he ever imagined it would be.
