Years ago, Eli left his life in the Amish Society to begin a life with Geoff and he has never regretted it. They have a beautiful son, Jakey, and a farm filled with people who love them. Lately their lives have become very busy leaving them little time to spend as a family. Eli's horseback therapy classes have meant the world to the children who have seen remarkable improvement in their health. Eli is feeling more stressed and tired from the increased workload, then Sheriff Colton arrives informing them that Eli has been accused of inappropriate conduct with the children in his care. The allegations are shown to be unfounded, but Eli is scared about how they could affect the world he has built with Geoff and Jakey. Things spiral out of control when Eli collapses, leaving Geoff frightened for him. Will Eli live? Why would anyone accuse Eli of hurting children?

Many people find that as their lives go along many things get in the way of the time they used to spend together like what happened to Eli and Geoff. It was wonderful how Geoff immediately adjusted their lives when he realized that Eli needed him more than anything else. It was inspired how everyone at the farm worked together to help and support each other with loving care. No one would truly ever understand the emotional damage someone would feel after being accused of hurting or endangering a child, especially when all Eli ever wanted to do was to help. As badly as Eli felt, he refused to cancel the days riding lessons because his students needed him, showing the strength of his character. Geoff's support and love was the glue that helped hold Eli together giving him the strength he needed.
