Tularosa Moon
Cole Roberts finds no time to smile much anymore with the death of his father, then his girlfriend leaving. After his father's death, he realized how badly the ranch was in the hole, so he, and his mother, decided to open a guest ranch house. As a general contractor, he could save on the overhaul of the restorations. He hopes it will keep his mind off of ever falling in love again and having his heart broken. That was before Lindy Grainger accepted a job on the ranch, casting a beautiful charm his way. Lindy has been in the witness protection program since testifying in a murder case. She was happy to acquire the job as a massage therapist, along with helping with housekeeping duties, on the guest ranch. The sad thing about being in the witness program, she never knows how long she will be able to stay at one job before relocating. The past memories of testifying still terrorize her. There isn't any time for any romance in her life, yet Cole has a way of getting deep under her skin. No matter how hard the two try to fight the temptation between them, their hearts choose otherwise. Being close to Lindy might not be so good on the heart, as Cole soon discovers. The murderer is determined on payback once he finds Lindy. Cole cannot allow anything to happen to the woman, who indeed is his soul mate. Can Lindy trust him enough to really believe it is worth the risk to stay with him?

Tularosa Moon is a whirlwind of a tale. To watch Lindy try to stay cool, and collected, while working on the job, never knowing when one little movement could allow her to suddenly be in jeopardy, was intriguing. Lindy was created in a way that this author could share in all the happiness or dread that entered into her life. She was refreshing, captivating and a powerful force in many ways. Cole was wonderfully fashioned. The way he could show his expressions over loss, and love, was really illustrated in the pages. Stacey Coverstone always creates magnificent magic when she composes a story. She weaves in chemistry to create a beautiful simmering romance, with a touch of mystery and suspense, to keep the reader edged on their seats. This gripping tale combines great dialogue, along with a grand plot and robust characters to make this a winner.
