Lisa Portelli is a poor little rich girl whose life has become tedious and boring. She has a great apartment, lots of money and plenty of friends; but she is tired of dating the stuffy men who are in the same social class as her. Even though her bank account assures her she doesn't have to work, the only exciting thing in her life is a job as a vice detective for the New York City Police Department. So when she receives a mysterious invitation to meet Pluto, Ruler of the Underground, at a bordello she used to frequent; her curiosity is immediately aroused.
Lisa arrives at Women's Pleasure Incorporated at the appointed time and is escorted down to the basement level. After being told the "Underground" is a new addition to the establishment, Lisa's interest is peaked to a higher level. When she exits the elevator and is immediately engulfed into a pitch-black room, her interest turns to fear. Demanding whoever is there to turn on the lights, Lisa finds herself in a manmade cavern and she is mesmerized by the sight before her.
A man instructs her to follow a path and at the end is where she will find him waiting. What she finds at the end of the path is Pluto, a man painted demon-red, who possesses the sexiest body Lisa has ever seen. The attraction between them is immediate and Lisa knows she is about to experience the most exciting night of her life. But what she doesn't realize is that she is soon to learn that it is not always opposites who attract.
Flame and a Fireman is a short but sexy story that is sure to entertain the reader to the very end. C.S. Chatterly has created a fantastic tale that has a mysterious storyline with an intriguing setting, and sex scenes that absolutely sizzle. The characters have incredible chemistry and you feel the magnetism between them from the beginning. Even though this story "seems" to have a paranormal theme, you will find that this is not the case. Extremely sensual and "out of this world" sex makes Flame and a Fireman to be a very hot and arousing read.
