When Everett Grey first lays eyes on Brighid, he thinks she's an angel. When he sees the way she cares for his daughter; he asks her to move to California with him. Soon Everett sees that there is more to Bridget that meets the eyes. Will Everett still want her when he learns her horrible secret? Even more to the point, will Brighid still want him when she learns all he is keeping from her?
I thought Ghost of a Chance was an excellent book. With characters you will fall in love with and a great plot, you can't go wrong with this story. The exchanges between Brighid and her Gran are very funny and sweet. The only problem I had, if you could call it a problem, was that it ended too soon. It was all around a great read, one that I would recommend to everyone.Reviewed by: Jill
