Beantown Heat
The Professor and Maryann
She will do anything to get a real job in corporate business; including taking a class that has been like a bug in her life. The professor is the one person who is standing between her graduating and getting a job, and flunking. Seeing him, talking to him, ignites a passion that she thought had been dormant. She is wondering whether that chemistry will survive the semester, to fulfill what her body has been craving, the professor himself.
Desire Delayed
She loves her son and will do anything he wants, including getting the man she has avoided, to be on board of his foundation. For years, Desiree Bishop has been successful in hiding her attraction towards Ryan Magnussen. However, knowing that there could be a chance her ex husband could gain membership into the foundation, she does everything she can to make Magnussen change his mind about joining; including talking to him in person.
Almost an Ingenue
What happens when your babysitter comes back in the neighborhood looking like the woman of your dreams? You claim her as your own and make her forget logic. Bucky Buchannan first fell in love with Victoria Scott when he was a teenager. Seeing her again, he is determined to see what she looks like beneath the professor clothes. However, can he make her see how right they are and just forget about their age difference?
Jaxine Daniels definitely knows how to heat up a book such as this one, Beantown Heat, three different tales of three different women persistent in not letting their hearts get in the way. Along with these women are three men who will do anything to make them see that they are right man for them. Each man from the Professor, Ex Coach, and ex neighbor are determined to let their women know how attracted and passionate they are, in every conceivable way they can. Hot, hot, hot is one word that explains all these stories.
After reading this book, this reviewer had to cool down from the heat and sexual chemistry Jaxine Daniels wrote into these stories. Each character comes out looking sexy, passionate and afraid to see what they really feel. A book worth keeping, to read repeatedly for the sensational story lines and characters of course. This is one author who is successful and I look forward to reading more of her stories.
