In his opinion, he believes no human can gain his love. With Kira, he can be anything he wants and is enchanted with her family. The more he is with her the more it feels that she is right for him. Her faith and trust in him is tested when an enemy of Antenor breaks free from Cerkania to kill her. Can he make her see that he is right for her? Can Kira see that her dream man is real and wants to be with her forever?
The latest offering by Aurora Rose Lynn continues the Neptune series. The beginning introduces us to Antenor and his reluctance to not be present when the name to go up on land to mate is called. He never thought how different their worlds are or how difficult some women like Kira can be. She has decided that she will never experience true love and gives up on feeling loved by a man. However, this changes when Antenor bluntly asks her to mate with him. Shocked and somewhat excited that a man is interested in her, Kira starts warming up to Antenor. Ms. Lynn has created an enchanting romance with fantasy and most of all the reality that love exists in any form, shape or location. Though Kira questions Antenor, she feels more than lust for him each day and determined to go along with his story of being a merman. Both characters are great for each other and the sexual chemistry just thrills you more. I for one hope there is another book in this series and look forward to reading more of Aurora Rose Lynn's future books.
