Opening the Door

Opening the Door is the sequel to Megan Hart's novel Playing the Game. Opening the Door continues the love story of Josie and Jack. They have been seeing each other for seven wonderful months, in which they have gotten to know the best and worst of each other. Than Josie is invited home for Passover, and her mother Ava insists that Jack come along. This creates all sorts of problems as neither Jack nor Josie has told their family about their new relationship. While they haven't been hiding it, they haven't publicized it either, wanting to make their fragile bond stronger by keeping their new love private. But now everything is about to burst as Jack and Josie can't keep their hands off each other at Josie's family, resulting in many sexy love scenes and some very erotic verbal exchanges.

Opening the Door is a sexy and funny look at a new relationship and the problems that come about when it is exposed to the family. Jack and Josie have a great relationship, they trust each other and want to spend the rest of their lives together, but they are unsure if their families will accept them. Of course, neither realizes how much Josie's family sees them as the perfect couple, or how they try to play matchmaker. This is a quirky, sexy, comedy with a family and love orientated theme that is as central to the story as the steamy love between Josie and Jack. Opening the Door is another great story from Megan Hart.
