I think Margaret L. Carter was born with a pen in one hand and paper in the other. She has a very creative mind and proves it again and again. Her characters are so inventive and spirited; you can’t help coming back for more! Ms. Carter is clearly a writer with vision. From ghost lovers to rare books and a whole lot more.
