Tessa is part of an expedition sent from Earth to a far away planet containing an advanced civilization. When Night Falls is an intensely thrilling, deeply erotic futuristic romance with an emphasis on the erotic part! Ms. O'Connor is a talented storyteller, creating amazing characters and worlds for them to exist in. I loved this book! I read it all in one sitting because I could not wait to see what would happen next. I did not want this story to end and I hope there might be a sequel- perhaps about Tessa's friend and the Anjels? This thought-provoking erotic sci-fi fantasy was a pleasure from start to finish. It does seem a sort of irony to give 5 'angels' to a book about a devil-like character but after all the devil himself was the first 'fallen angel' !
