Armand Bellamy is Desy's long-suffering boyfriend as well as her tutor. He is gently showing Desy that her magic is a wonderful thing. His patience is most tested because Desy is as yet, unwilling to admit how deep her feelings are for Armand. There is however, no mistaking their passion.

To say that I loved Jacqueline Meadows' Something Wanton is an understatement, much like saying Antarctica is cold or the Atlantic Ocean is wet.

Something Wanton follows Ms. Meadows' Something Wicked, but it definitely stands on its own. The characters are three dimensional, so much that I suspect Ms. Meadows actually knows these people and has agreed to write their story, changing the names to protect the innocent.

Desy is a strong woman. She has a mind of her own, a quick wit and you can't help but like her. Having her world turned upside down and her subsequent musings on said chaotic world, will have you doubled over in laughter. I laughed until tears rolled down my cheeks. Her relationship with Armand is loving and sensual. These two are hot enough to ignite the pages of the book. You may find yourself needing to relive the sex scenes with your own “Armand.”

Jacqueline Meadows' Something Wanton is not to be missed. It is an enjoyable story from start to finish. I was hooked from the first sentence. Filled with humor, erotica, and even a little witchcraft, Something Wanton is the ultimate beach read. Though if you are like me, I had my head buried in this book until its conclusion. Ms. Meadows is now on my favorite author's list.
